Refund policy

At Indicraft15, every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped. As many of our products are limited-edition, handcrafted, or made with special attention to quality, we request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

No Returns & No Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products once they have been delivered.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, size, color, and specifications before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, our customer support team will be happy to assist you before you place your order.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer an exchange in the following cases:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3–5 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an exchange for another product of equal value or store credit, at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please share:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the package received

Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Exchange Shipping

  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Indicraft15 will bear the shipping charges.
  • For all other approved exchanges, applicable shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
